When you start a business under your own name, it isn't about branding, it's about accountability. Bob Boldt HVAC has been family owned since 1988 and has serviced more than 15,000 systems across the South Metro. Our NATE certified technicians work out of the Burnsville office on Zenith Avenue South, in trucks stocked to finish most jobs in one visit.
Here's what that looks like when you call. You get a firm written quote before we touch anything. Nobody here is on commission, so nobody gets paid more for selling you a bigger system. And if a repair isn't worth making, say a 20-year-old furnace with a cracked heat exchanger, we'll tell you straight, and give you a FREE second opinion if someone else has already quoted a replacement.
You see the price in writing before we start. If the job takes longer than we thought, that's our problem, not your invoice.
The person recommending your system doesn't earn more for recommending a bigger one. No follow-up sales calls if you say no.
Already been quoted a new furnace or air conditioner? We'll look at it for nothing and tell you whether you actually need it.
The industry's own competency standard. The person in your basement has been tested on the thing they're doing.
We're NCI certified, so we check airflow, static pressure and refrigerant charge on a new system rather than assuming it's right.
If a compressor or heat exchanger fails from a manufacturing defect inside five years on a system we installed, we replace the unit. Our guarantees →
